On August 1, 2023, twelve trainees start their professional journey with us. They are being trained as design, process, and industrial mechanics, as well as industrial administrators.
In the qualified and hands-on training, they will lay the foundation for their future careers over the next three years. The training supervisors Martin Henke and Walter Süss (technical sector), along with Nina Köpke (commercial sector), welcomed the new trainees and wished them success in their training. On the first day of training, the focus for the trainees from Hamm, Beckum, Ahlen, and Unna was on getting to know each other. A company tour and a safety briefing were also on the agenda. "Through their training, young people establish an excellent basis for their professional success. We value respectful collaboration and, of course, a positive work environment that fosters our trainees' development," explained HR Manager Ursula Budde.
Highly skilled employees are one of the success factors of our family business, which employs over 1300 individuals. To counteract the shortage of skilled workers, we hire apprentices in both technical and administrative roles every year. After successfully completing their training, they also have good opportunities for full-time positions within the company.
